If a valid warranty claim is made and the battery cannot be repaired, the following process will be followed based on the model and the period: Epoch Essential Models and 48V GC2 Golf Models:
- Years 1-3: The manufacturer will replace the defective battery free of charge with a similar product.
- Years 4-5: A similar product will be offered at 40% off the retail MSRP listed at the time of the offer.
- Years 6-11: A similar product will be offered at 25% off the retail MSRP listed at the time of the offer.
All Other Models:
- Years 1-5: The manufacturer will replace the defective battery free of charge with a similar product.
- Years 6-11: A similar product will be offered at 25% off the retail MSRP listed at the time of the offer.
