Who can apply, what approved dealers get, and how Epoch protects and supplies its dealers.
Who should apply to become an Epoch Batteries dealer?
OEM builders, qualified installers, integrators, specialty dealers, retailers, commercial operators and project-based partners with a clear plan to sell, install, integrate or support Epoch Batteries products.
Will Epoch's website undercut my prices?
No. Epoch never undercuts its dealers with website sales. Our strategy is to build the brand together with our dealers and installers, and that only works when dealers can sell Epoch with confidence.
What support do approved Epoch dealers get?
Wholesale pricing and ordering through the dealer portal, a sales rep, product education and application guidance, sales and marketing materials, U.S.-based technical support, a listing on the Epoch dealer finder for active dealers, and limited warranties of up to 11 years on Epoch batteries (terms vary by model).
How does Epoch keep products available to its dealers?
Epoch stocks its batteries in six warehouses: two in Georgia, one in California, and one each in San Juan, Puerto Rico; Huizhou, China; and Hong Kong. We keep refining the lineup, and we are committed to keeping cutting-edge lithium solutions available to our dealers for years to come.
Can OEM builders apply?
Yes. OEM builders are encouraged to apply. Include the platform, application, project timeline, expected battery volume and any integration requirements. High-voltage LiFePO4 systems from 96V to 1000V for commercial energy storage are built by custom order.
Can installers and system integrators apply?
Yes. Installation professionals and integrators are important partners for lithium upgrades, conversions and customer education. Describe your installation experience and primary applications in the application.
Is approval guaranteed after I apply?
No. Applications are reviewed for business fit, customer base, market alignment and the ability to represent Epoch Batteries professionally.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews your application. If your business looks like a strong fit, a team member contacts you to discuss next steps, account setup, product needs and onboarding.
