Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of the United States. Participants must be at least 18, and if the participant is a minor, they must have parental consent to enter.

ENTRY: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following:

1.) Join the Epoch Batteries Facebook page
2.) Fill out the form on the Epoch Batteries website.
3.) Be present on the live stream when we do the live giveaway on the Fentertainment YouTube channel linked at the bottom of page

A total of 3 winners will be selected on the Live Stream.

1st Grand Prize: A modified 2002 Club Car DS featured above.
2nd Prize: 50% off any Epoch Batteries Golf Kit. (Can be applied towards past purchase in the form of a refund)
3rd Prize: 30% off any Epoch Batteries Golf Kit. (Can be applied towards past purchase in the form of a refund)

In the event the first place winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the 2nd place winner will move forward. In the event neither 1st or 2nd place winners claim their prize, the 3rd place winner will move forward.
*NOTE: The winner must pick up the golfcart from the designated location.

Winners Selection: The winners will be selected using a spin wheel from all eligible entries received. The winners will be notified via [Youtube live stream and must be present during the selection] and email us at giveaway@epochbatteries from the email the registered with within 30 minutes of selection. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow your registered email address for sending our newsletter.

FINANCIAL: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable cost when picking up the golf cart (Epoch Batteries is not responsible for the cost associated with transporting the golfcart back yo your preferred location.
