The Epoch marine battery is engineered to provide consistent power output and reliable performance for extended periods of use, utilizing lifepo4 technology. To this point the batteries that I purchased are working correctly. I purchased 4 of these batteries. Three arrived working properly right out of the box. The 4th one had what looked like an issue with the BMS. After contacting their support, the person knew immediately what the issue was. He offered to have the battery shipped back and the issue resolved, or I could resolve it myself if I felt comfortable doing it. I followed his instructions and found a loose connection just as he described. After plugging connection back into its socket, the battery has worked with no issues. I have to say that this is my 1st experience with LiFePo4 and I have had many questions about the battery operations and every question has been answered quickly and expertly by Epcoh's support people. I also like their Bluetooth app that is used to monitor the batteries.

I have had a few questions along the way and not only got the highest quality and engineered battery on the market I got quick superb tech support. I have rewarded this with a 2nd purchase just now for a 36v 100AH one to power my Rhodan trolling motor in my boat. I also bought the charger offered here to be sure it works well and I was happy to see it's IP67 waterproof as this is for my boat. Keep up the good work-tech support told me a new line for RV's is soon coming out-so I'm waiting and watching to get those for my coach batteries in my RV. Thank you for great products AND just as important-great support!

The battery will work better than a generator for Amateur Radio use. Hopefully this one works out well and I’ll add a couple more and run them in parallel!
