Marine Β· RV Β· Off-grid system control
The all-in-one Victron controller for premium marine, RV, and off-grid power systems.
The Victron Ekrano GX system monitor combines a powerful GX communication centre with an integrated Victron 7-inch display in one sleek panel-mounted unit. Part BPP900480100 connects VE.Bus, VE.Can, VE.Direct, tanks, temperature sensors, generators, managed batteries, solar chargers, and supported marine MFDs while adding VRM remote monitoring through WiFi or Ethernet.
GX processing and a premium touchscreen in one clean panel-mounted device.
The Ekrano GX removes the need to install a separate headless GX controller and route a dedicated display cable to another screen. All primary communication and I/O connections terminate behind the integrated display, creating a clean dashboard for high-end boats, RVs, expedition vehicles, and off-grid homes.
The bright 1024 Γ 600 touchscreen provides an immediate overview of battery state of charge, inverter and AC loads, solar harvest, generator and mains status, tank levels, temperatures, alarms, and supported controls. Dynamic dimming and dark-mode-friendly operation support both daylight helms and low-light cabins.
Connect compatible MultiPlus or Quattro inverter/chargers through VE.Bus, SmartShunts and MPPT solar chargers through VE.Direct, and managed batteries or other CAN devices through either of the two independently configurable VE.Can ports. The Ekrano GX also adds tank, temperature, relay, digital-input, USB, and Ethernet connectivity.
A slim aluminium control hub designed for professional panel integration.
For buyers searching for a waterproof Victron display, the precise technical rating matters: the installed front is IP54 when mounted with the included steel bracket, while the rear is IP21 and must remain protected inside a dry console. Front mounting with springs provides IP31 protection.
Share supported Victron power data with compatible Garmin, Raymarine, Navico/Simrad/Lowrance, and Furuno displays. NMEA 2000 integration normally uses a VE.Can port with the appropriate interface cable and correct network termination; the Ekrano GX does not have a native Micro-C port.
Connect the Ekrano GX to the internet through built-in WiFi or Ethernet and register the installation in the free VRM portal. Review battery levels, solar production, loads, generator operation, alarms, and history from a phone or browser, with supported remote controls and Remote Console access.
Bluetooth Smart is primarily intended to assist with initial connection and network configuration; it is not a universal Bluetooth bridge for every connected Victron component.
Marine, RV, energy storage, off-grid, and professional vehicle systems.
Advanced monitoring, control, networking, and automation in one panel.
Complete the installation with the correct communication and sensor hardware.

Monitor locally. Manage remotely. Expand as your installation grows.
The Ekrano GX brings batteries, solar, inverter/chargers, shore power, generators, tanks, environmental sensors, and supported third-party equipment together in the Venus OS ecosystem. Its integrated display and complete connection set make it a premium command centre for installations where system clarity and professional presentation matter.
Common questions about Cerbo GX differences, battery integration, mounting, VRM, NMEA 2000, and protection ratings.
Both are Victron GX communication centres, but the physical design and available I/O are not identical. The Cerbo GX is a headless controller that is normally installed with a separate GX Touch display. The Ekrano GX combines GX processing and a 7-inch touchscreen in one panel-mounted unit, reducing separate display wiring and giving installers a clean all-in-one dashboard.
It can work with compatible CANbus-enabled managed batteries when the battery protocol is supported and the correct CAN-BMS cable, pinout, baud rate, termination, and GX settings are used. Do not assume that any standard RJ45 cable is correct for every Epoch model; follow the exact battery manual or Epoch integration instructions.
The front is rated IP54 when correctly panel-mounted with the included steel bracket, or IP31 when mounted with the supplied springs. The rear enclosure is IP21 and must remain protected inside a dry console, cabinet, or dashboard. It is therefore weather resistant at the installed front face, not a fully submersible device.
The Ekrano GX supports flush panel mounting or blind-hole/front mounting. Victron includes a steel rear bracket with rods, wingnuts, and washers, plus mounting springs with screws and washers. Use the official cut-out drawing, maintain rear cable clearance, and use the steel bracket when the IP54 front rating is required.
Yes. Connect the Ekrano GX to the internet through WiFi or Ethernet and register the installation in the Victron Remote Management portal. VRM provides remote system monitoring, alerts, Remote Console access, and supported control functions from a phone, tablet, or browser.
It provides three VE.Direct ports, two configurable VE.Can ports, and one VE.Bus network with two parallel RJ45 sockets. It also includes Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth Smart, two USB-A host ports, a microSD card slot, tank inputs, temperature inputs, digital inputs, and two programmable relays.
The Ekrano GX supports marine MFD and NMEA 2000 integration, but it does not have a native Micro-C NMEA 2000 connector. NMEA 2000 data sharing normally uses a VE.Can port with the appropriate Victron VE.Can-to-NMEA 2000 interface cable and correct network termination, or a supported MFD integration over Ethernet.
In many installations, yes: the Ekrano GX combines the GX controller and touchscreen into a single panel-mounted device. Before substituting it, compare the exact I/O count, mounting location, environmental rating, cable routing, and device compatibility required by your system.
The Ekrano GX accepts 8 to 70V DC. Victron includes a fused power cable with M8 ring terminals. Victron recommends powering the GX device directly from the battery or DC bus rather than an inverter AC-output circuit so monitoring remains available if the inverter shuts down.
The package includes the Ekrano GX, a power cable with a 3.15A inline fuse and M8 ring terminals, two VE.Can terminators, terminal blocks for power and relays, a steel panel-mount bracket with rods and wingnuts, and front-mount springs with screws and washers.
