The Victron Phoenix Smart IP43 charger 24/25(3) is a 24V 25A Victron charger designed for complex marine and RV systems. Part PSC242553095 provides three isolated outputs so one 24/25(3) battery charger can maintain compatible house, bow-thruster, trolling-motor, or auxiliary banks while sharing a combined 25A charging capacity.

The three-output version includes an integrated FET battery isolator. This keeps the connected banks isolated from one another, prevents unwanted current flow between banks, and distributes available charging current according to each bank’s voltage, state of charge, and capacity.
Each individual output can supply up to the full 25A rating, but the combined current across all three outputs is limited to 25A. The outputs also share one charge cycle and one voltage profile, so all connected batteries must be compatible with the same charging algorithm.
Any one output can deliver the full rated current when needed, while total charger output remains capped at 25A. This makes the system flexible without falsely treating the unit as three separate 25A chargers.
Use one 3-bank marine charger for compatible 24V house, windlass, bow-thruster, trolling-motor, or auxiliary banks. Separate monitoring is recommended when individual bank voltage, current, and state-of-charge data are required.

Built-in Bluetooth works with the VictronConnect app for setup, monitoring, history, alarms, current limits, and firmware updates. The charger supports LiFePO4, AGM, GEL, flooded lead-acid, and custom profiles—but all three connected banks must be compatible with the selected common profile.
Lead-acid profiles use Victron’s adaptive six-stage algorithm. The built-in 24V lithium profile uses a three-stage process with 28.4V absorption, no conventional float stage, and 27.0V storage. Custom voltages and operating limits can be entered through Bluetooth or VE.Direct.

The charger operates from 85–250VAC at 45–65Hz, reaches full rated output from 100VAC, and starts from approximately 90VAC. A configurable 3–10A AC input-current limit helps match charging demand to the available pedestal, generator, or branch circuit.
The IEC C14 AC inlet includes a retainer clip, but the country-specific mains cord is purchased separately. North American installations commonly pair this charger with Victron’s ADA010100400 NEMA 5-15P mains cord.
