Lithium RV Batteries for Campers & Vans
Epoch lithium RV batteries are drop-in LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries for motorhomes, travel trailers, vans and campers. The range covers 12V, 24V and 48V systems from 50Ah to 460Ah, with self-heating models that charge safely below freezing, Bluetooth monitoring from your phone, and Elite Series models that talk directly to Victron GX equipment. Every battery has a built-in battery management system that protects against over-charge, over-discharge, short circuit and over-temperature, and each model carries a limited warranty of six or 11 years depending on its series.
Against the lead-acid bank they replace, these batteries deliver about twice the usable capacity at roughly half the weight, hold a steady voltage under load and need no maintenance, which is what lets a rig boondock for days on solar instead of running the generator every evening.

What these specs mean
- Energy (kWh)
- Nominal stored energy: the pack's nominal voltage times its amp-hours. kWh compares batteries across system voltages; amp-hours compare only at the same voltage.
- Max output
- The most current the battery is rated to deliver continuously. Match it to your largest load, such as a trolling motor or an inverter.
- Peak
- A short burst above the continuous rating, held for the time shown. It is not a cold cranking amps (CCA) rating.
- Weight
- The battery's weight in pounds; for a kit of several modules, the whole kit.
- Size
- The BCI group is the industry case footprint; dimensions are length × width × height in inches. Verify tray dimensions, terminals, wiring and charging-system compatibility before installation.
- Cycle life
- Rated charge and discharge cycles. Cycle life is rated per model, at the depth of discharge, charge rate and temperature stated on the datasheet, to its end-of-life capacity.
- Warranty
- The model's limited warranty term; terms vary by model.
- Series / parallel
- Series wiring adds voltage (two 12V batteries make 24V); parallel wiring adds capacity. Stay within each model's limits, and never wire a parallel-only model in series.
- IP rating
- Dust and water protection under IEC 60529: the first digit is solids, the second water. IP54 is splash and dust resistant, IP65 is dust-tight and protected against water jets, and IP67 is dust-tight and rated for temporary immersion, not continuous submersion.
- Heated
- Self-heating for sub-freezing charging. Each product page gives the model's charge temperature range.
- Bluetooth
- App monitoring from your phone.
- Victron Comms
- Victron VE.Can communication for GX-device integration. Integration needs compatible Victron equipment and a correctly configured system.
- Starting & Cranking
- Dual-purpose models that start an engine and run house loads. Cranking-rated does not mean approved for every outboard: have us check your engine's starting requirement and alternator charging before you order.

Most Reliable Batteries I've Ever Ran!
I've been running EPOCH batteries since early 2023 on my bass boat and my 5th wheel RV. I've ran multiple different styles of their 12V batteries, and I've never had any issues with them. As technology advances and they're able to create more amp hours; I continue to remain amazed with the uninterrupted performance I receive under harsh conditions all season.

Installed this 48V 100Ah V2-T Elite on my own boat in Palmas del Mar, Humacao PR. This is not a customer job - this is my personal off-grid setup. Running full Victron system with it. The Bluetooth monitoring is solid, the internal heater works perfect not for us in the carribean but for those cold fronts, and the build quality is true marine grade. No more generator at anchor. Holds voltage like a rock under heavy inverter load. Epoch support and warranty is local to me which matters in PR. Highly recommend for any serious marine 48V build. 5 stars - will be ordering a second one

My battery failed at the end of August. I immediately tried to file a claim. Unfortunately the page I used to file was not working properly. After waiting two weeks, I called and discovered you never received my request. I refiled and my request was handled immediately. After 3 days of back and forth my claim was approved. It was shipped out and I received it a week later. Sadly it was already time to haul my boat out for the winter so it didn't make sense to reinstall the battery until next spring.
